  2. Pack & Ship: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with your proof of purchase, and ship them to the address on the website. You are responsible for the shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

3. Refunds

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a full refund or exchange.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
